Nothing too exciting to post about lately, but I thought I should write something since I haven't posted in a month. Chris just started a new job last week and seems to be getting the hang of it, he is just trying to figure out there system and how everything works. He is also finishing up another semester of school this week and this semester has been crazzzzy, he is so ready for it to be over, I think he just took too many classes this semester, crazy boy. He is a hard worker and I think he will get awesome grades this semester. Nothing new for me except for being a mom and still learning how to handle everything and not go nuts. Makenna is so much fun but also already has her own little personality. Makenna is now 5 months and 1 week old, it is going by fast, slow down. She has had her first little cold this week which hasn't been fun but she is doing pretty good, she has been a little congested and had coughing attacks. I tried her on rice cereal back when she was about 4 1/2 months but it seemed to upset her so I layed off, I started her back on it at the beginning of this week and she seems to be doing better with it. I love to watch her grow and learn new things. She is fascinated with looking at other people but not having other people hold her, she has become quite a momma's girl. I like it when other people hold her because then it gives me a break. Well that is about it right now, we had a great thanksgiving and can't wait for christmas. I will post more as the holidays approach cause then I will have more to show.
My parents ward had their ward Christmas party on Saturday the 5th and Makenna and I went to it. Chris couldn't come cause he had to finish his homework. They had a photographer there taking pictures with santa so we took the oppurtunity and got some photos. She was so fascinated with Santa Clause and loved to stare at him. It was cute when I went to pick her up she pulled on his beard, she is already curious. Merry Christmas everyone and I hope everyone has a safe and wonderful holidays.
