Four Months Old

Our little girl is now 4 months old, it is crazy how fast time goes by. So here is the info on her percentages.

Weight: 12 lb 5 oz, she is in the 20 percentile
Length: 24.5 in, she is in the 63 percentile
Head: 40.5 cm, she is in the 37 percentile

She is a tall and skinny girl. We love her so much and she is so much fun. At 4 months she is smiling a ton, laughing a little bit, rolling from her tummy to her back, likes to try and talk, stand up supported, try to sit on my lap, scream when she gets excited, suck on her fingers or her whole fist, suck her thumb, pull her binky out of her mouth and chew on it, eats like a champ (she gets a little mad when she is in the middle of eating and I pull the bottle out), she smiles really big when I sing to her and will make noises as well, sleeps through the night at least 10 to 11 hours most nights she had a bad week last week though, and she like to spit up on daddy. She is also on reflux medicine, we think she might have a mild case of it, she would spit up a ton and sometimes it would bother her, she doesn't like the medicine if I put it directly in her mouth, but if I mix it in with her formula she will take it. We have many nicknames for Makenna, some of them are stinker bum, kenna wenna boo, kennars, booger, sweets, kenna, and pretty girl. Those are the ones I can think of right now but I think there are more.

Allred Halloween Party

So on saturday the 17th my parents had there halloween party for the grandkids and adults. It was really fun dressing Makenna in her costume and seeing my nieces and nephews in there costumes. Makenna is Minnie Mouse for Halloween and I think she looks pretty cute in her costume. My mom planned some fun things to do, the first thing was a fun dinner. She gave each of us a menu with all sorts of weird things on it, there were three courses and you had to decide where you wanted each type of thing to go, so for instance for your first course you might get only a fork, knife and spoon and no food, or you could get one type of food, a drink and a knife. It was pretty entertaining to watch some of the kids eat with only a knife. I got my fork and spoon and dessert first, it worked out great. After dinner the kids carved pumpkins, and then they frosted sugar cookies that my mom had made. It was good times and so much fun to hang out with my fam, chris couldn't come cause he had a cold and needed to do homework, we missed him. I love that my parents have made a tradition of this, it is so much fun, I can't wait till Makenna is older and can enjoy it as well.

First BYU Shirt

This is a fun collage I created of pictures of Makenna and me with our BYU shirts. We love our COUGARS!!! Also there is a couple of pictures of Makenna and her cousin Hailey having fun watching the game. They are about 5 weeks apart and are going to be great friends. I love this little girl, she is so much fun and just learned how to scream when she is excited, soon enough I think she will be laughing, I can't wait!!!
